Our museum is designed to offer an immersive experience even for visitors with visual impairments. Here you’ll discover the services we have specifically developed to make our collections more accessible:
A tactile pathway is available to facilitate access to the museum building.
Inside the exhibition halls, there are tactile maps to help visitors navigate independently: the first map is at the entrance on the right, and you can find tactile directional indicators at the beginning of each museum section (on the right side).
Alternatively, you can download the Blind Tag Scanner app, which allows you to navigate the museum using only your smartphone.
Guide dogs are welcome in the museum with no restrictions.
The museum created a dedicated route for blind and visually impaired visitors, which you can follow through an audio description.
You can listen to it directly from the following link.
Along the exhibition path, you can find four stations that allow you to explore the artworks through a multisensory experience.
Admission to the museum is free for blind visitors.
Accessible catalogue of artworks If you’d like a preview of the artworks in the museum, we selected a group of masterpieces with audio descriptions: click here to discover them.
